• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify individual mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and structured interviews.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, drawing on various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions are provided in an empathetic and professional manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning when necessary.
• Engage in community outreach activities aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and effective therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Proven cultural competence to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with telehealth requirements.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telecommunication platforms.
• Previous experience working in community mental health settings, particularly with marginalized populations.
• Skills in crisis management and de-escalation techniques associated with acute behavioral health situations.
