The Role and Responsibilities:

SalesWorks is looking for a detail-oriented and creative problem solver to support our fast-growing Revenue Operations Outsourcing business line as a Salesforce/HubSpot Account Manager. Our Salesforce/HubSpot Account Managers are dynamic and entrepreneurial professionals that are passionate about setting our clients up for revenue ops success based on personal experience in both platforms.

A successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SalesWorks clients and enabling them to achieve their objectives related to managing and enabling sales- and demand generation-related processes and technologies, such as CRM, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation tools.

This role is equal parts consultant, team manager, project manager, and problem solver, and requires someone with a high degree of familiarity with B2B sales programs. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate at a professional level with sales executives, managers, and C-level personas.

The Salesforce/HubSpot Account Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing sales process and technology strategies with our clients
  • Designing and managing client projects within our project management tool, and ensuring appropriate utilization and margin targets are hit
  • Serving as the main liaison between SalesWorks and clients, ensuring high client satisfaction levels, and promoting long term relationships
  • Directing the team on technical platform administration on common sales software, including:
    • Salesforce.com, HubSpot CRM
    • SalesLoft, Outreach.io
    • Chorus, Gong.io
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Drift
    • Cognism, ZoomInfo, and other data platforms
  • Managing live (virtual) and written communication with clients to set expectations and priorities, provide updates on works-in-progress, and present completed products.
  • Monitoring allocations and time spent on client projects and working within budgeted hours to complete work.
  • Actively looking for potential signs and opportunities for additional work based on client needs (i.e., account development).

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations function working with sales and marketing technology
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or sales support function
  • Responsive, service-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and engage in time management.
  • Understands the different approaches to tone and authority required to address executive leadership, middle management, and individual contributors
  • Able to describe complex issues in relatively basic terms
  • Practices closed-loop communication
  • Proactively raises questions or issues to key stakeholders
  • Capable of assessing multiple possible solutions to a problem and effectively communicating the risks and benefits of different approaches
