This position operates within a modern, outpatient virtual office setting that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development. While primarily remote, our counseling team uses advanced telecommunications technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs as they arise.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each patient's individual experiences and backgrounds.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions while considering cultural factors influencing mental health.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing patients' mental health concerns, fostering skills for resilience and overall well-being.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals—to provide patients with comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and appropriate resource allocation.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, their treatment options, and community resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to enhance multi-disciplinary collaboration.
• Stay updated on current mental health research, emerging best practices, and cultural considerations relevant to therapy.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• A strong grasp of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapeutic practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy within inclusive frameworks.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, enabling a calm and composed response during high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
• Competence in using electronic health record systems and standard computer applications.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
