Work Environment

This position operates within a modern, outpatient virtual office setting that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to each patient's individual experiences and backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions while considering cultural factors influencing mental health.
