Summary
As an Advisor Delivery Specialist at Gainwell, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of business solutions and service delivery objectives. This role manages client relationships, supports operational and financial oversight of assigned accounts, and drives continuous service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. The Senior Professional works collaboratively across functional areas to support project planning, service integration, and business growth initiatives while providing guidance to less experienced team members.
Your role in our mission
  • Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with account teams to forecast demand and support resource planning.
  • Partner with operational teams to plan projects and workload requirements.
  • Monitor account budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Drive service improvements to enhance client satisfaction and delivery outcomes.
  • Support implementation of new services, solutions, and business initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members.
What we're looking for
  • Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Nine (9) or more years of support services, project management, program management, account management, or related experience.
    • Experience within the technology industry preferred.
    • Experience supporting technology products, services, or operating environments preferred.

The pay range for this position is $86,300.00 - $123,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
