Details:
Netcracker Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12-24 months

Job Description
- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Netcracker
BSS/OSS platforms
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
- Configure Netcracker modules (e.g., Billing, CRM, Order Management, Catalog, Mediation) - Support system integration with upstream and downstream applications
- Participate in testing activities (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and release planning
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Contribute to solution documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer
- Mentor junior consultants as needed and support delivery governance
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of experience working with Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms
- Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes (order-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with one or more Netcracker modules (Billing, CRM, OM, Product Catalog, Mediation)
- Experience working in client-facing consulting or delivery roles
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired:
- Experience with large Tier 1 telecom providers
- Netcracker certifications
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments and microservices architecture
- SQL, Unix/Linux, or scripting experience
- Experience supporting large transformation or modernization programs
