We are seeking an experienced GIS Tech Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise GIS solutions. The ideal candidate will lead GIS application development, spatial data management, cloud-based GIS architecture, and technical delivery for geospatial projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring GIS developers/analysts, and ensuring scalable and high-performance GIS systems.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • GIS
    • Geoinformatics
    • Computer Science
    • Civil Engineering

    • Remote Sensing

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with:
    • ArcGIS Enterprise
    • ArcGIS Pro
    • QGIS
  • Knowledge of:
    • Spatial databases: PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, SQL Server
    • Web GIS technologies: JavaScript, REST APIs, GeoServer
