We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive business initiatives by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define clear business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, interpret, and visualize data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Solution Design: Work with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
  • Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming while also being comfortable with traditional project management frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or BPMN tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA Certification.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based business applications.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations and data migration projects.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts.
