• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on evidenced-based interventions.
• Utilize video conferencing tools effectively to ensure a supportive and secure atmosphere for clients during virtual sessions.
• Document therapeutic progress and maintain accurate records using our Simple Practice platform, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and discuss best practices in mental health interventions.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and support groups.

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, including teenagers, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. You will support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more, facilitating their journey toward healing and personal growth.

• Hold licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth settings and comfort with technology is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to a variety of age groups, particularly teens and couples.
