Work Environment

This role is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing the Licensed Professional Counselor to conduct therapy sessions via secure video chat platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quality clinical services primarily through virtual video consultations, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Conduct thorough assessments to continuously evaluate and address each client’s treatment needs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Develop, monitor, and implement individualized service plans that incorporate client-driven goals and therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate sessions focusing on skill-building, empowering clients to enhance their coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Serve as an advocate, educating clients about various community resources and assisting them in navigating these services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele aged 18 and older who may experience difficulties maintaining independence and stability in their daily lives due to mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role will significantly impact their ability to reintegrate into their communities through tailored support and programs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently, with no disciplinary actions associated with your license.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience providing counseling services.
