• Conduct detailed assessments of new clients to identify their unique mental health needs, followed by the creation of tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting healing and resilience.
• Utilize a comprehensive range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Engage in thorough collaboration with a team of mental health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure that clients receive well-rounded and cohesive support.
• Respond to crisis situations promptly by providing immediate intervention and support, using your training and experience to manage acute distress effectively.
• Participate in community outreach efforts such as workshops, webinars, and educational initiatives, aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing stigma in the community.

In your role at Randolph Behavioral Center, you will serve a diverse array of clients, seeking support for various mental health conditions. Clients may include children, adolescents, and adults from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your experience working with a varied patient population will enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence, which are vital for addressing the multifaceted needs of those under your care.

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Possession of a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields, showcasing your solid academic foundation.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to navigate complex cultural nuances, showing sensitivity and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to uphold accurate documentation and manage a manageable caseload effectively.

• Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with children and adolescents, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital platforms for telehealth counseling will be advantageous to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Experience with crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care.
