• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client interactions to understand their unique challenges, strengths, and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that foster resilience and promote positive change.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other therapists to deliver holistic and integrated client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources to empower them during their recovery journey.
• Continuously engage in professional development by staying current with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health treatment.

Your work will primarily involve facilitating care for individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. By delivering empathetic and skilled support, you will help clients develop coping strategies and achieve sustainable recovery outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona without any disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical social work, particularly in assessment, therapeutic intervention, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
• Proficiency in the use of technology and electronic health record systems for documentation and therapy delivery.

• Experience working in remote therapy settings or a strong desire to adapt to telehealth delivery models.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders, particularly in outpatient or detox settings.
• Previous experience collaborating in a team-based care environment, with a focus on providing comprehensive client support.

As a full-time LCSW at Healing Journey Psychiatric Group, you will earn a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions.
