This position is primarily remote, yet it is rooted in the school wellness framework, where you will engage with students, parents, and educators. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that aim to address those needs effectively.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to equip students with skills to manage their mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, while also preserving client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators and administrators, to co-create a supportive environment conducive to student well-being.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, enhancing their understanding and enabling them to navigate their mental health journeys with confidence and resilience.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health research, integrating new findings into practice to continually improve the quality of care provided to clients.

You will primarily work with a diverse student population, ranging from early childhood through high school. Your role will involve addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. By engaging with students in a supportive school environment, you will play an essential role in their emotional and social development, ensuring they have the coping strategies and support needed for success inside and outside the classroom.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license with no disciplinary actions against it.
• Strong foundation in clinical social work, practices including assessment, diagnosis, and tailored treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, families, and school personnel from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in digital tools and willingness to adapt to various remote technology platforms to deliver therapy and manage client cases effectively.

• Experience providing therapy in a school setting or with a youthful demographic.
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support within educational environments.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
