Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a spectrum of mental health concerns.
  • Offer crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing your expertise to stabilize and support them during critical moments.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of professionals to coordinate care and enhance overall outcomes for clients, ensuring no aspects of their health are overlooked.
  • Participate in community outreach programs aimed at improving public knowledge and perception of mental health issues, helping to foster a more informed and supportive community.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a doctorate.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
