Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a spectrum of mental health concerns.
• Offer crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing your expertise to stabilize and support them during critical moments.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of professionals to coordinate care and enhance overall outcomes for clients, ensuring no aspects of their health are overlooked.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at improving public knowledge and perception of mental health issues, helping to foster a more informed and supportive community.

Qualifications

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a doctorate.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building trusting relationships with clients, enabling effective therapy.
• Demonstrated cultural competence to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and treatment records efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in community behavioral health settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records will be advantageous in this remote role.
• Experience performing assessments and developing treatment plans for varied psychological conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
