This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space. Although substantially remote, you will collaborate closely with a diverse group of experts within our organization, participating in regular virtual meetings, training, and supervision. You will utilize telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for our clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and identify the appropriate treatment modalities needed.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique challenges, aspirations, and family dynamics.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific issues such as relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and family conflicts.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure each client receives holistic and integrated care, enhancing their treatment journey.
• Support and educate clients’ families throughout the therapeutic process, empowering them to be involved in their loved ones' recovery paths.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, adhering strictly to ethical standards and regulatory requirements for mental health documentation.

While we welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds, we prefer individuals who have demonstrated experience in providing therapy for couples and families, especially in dealing with issues related to addiction, trauma, or complex family systems. Experience with teletherapy will be an added advantage, enabling you to utilize remote technologies effectively to engage clients.
