Work EnvironmentThis role is 100% remote, offering you the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you and your clients. As a telehealth position, you will engage with clients through synchronous live video sessions, eliminating the need for on-site work while still fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities- Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions through our secure video platform, focusing on a variety of emotional disorders including depression, anxiety, and stress-related conditions.
- Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and providers to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and ongoing goal progress metrics to evaluate and adjust client treatment plans effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly, integrated therapist portal that enhances workflow and improves client care.
You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of emotional and mental health challenges. Your expertise will aid individuals in navigating their unique journeys toward recovery. We value diversity and emphasize culturally responsive care, ensuring that our therapy offerings meet the varied backgrounds and experiences of our clients.
Qualifications- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- An active and independent California state license (LCSW) is required, with additional licensure in other states considered an asset.
- A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult populations.
- Experience in treating diverse populations and a commitment to implementing culturally sensitive approaches in therapy.
- Comfort and competence in utilizing technology for client engagement, documentation, and service delivery.
