Overview

Paychex is seeking high-energy, driven professionals to join our Sales Development organization. Sales Development Representatives focus on targeted prospecting to create sales opportunities for selling partners. They consult with potential clients, leveraging expertise in Paychex products and services to enable clients to thrive and leverage Paychex services that meet their needs.


Responsibilities
  • Creates appointments for sales representatives by conducting daily outbound targeted phone sales.
  • Builds rapport with prospects by nurturing and conducting engaging conversations.
  • Partners with selling representatives to target accounts and strategically identify potential opportunities for Paychex.
  • Articulates competitive advantages by highlighting our differentiators and has expertise in overall value proposition tied to Paychex’s suite of products and services.
  • Effectively manage open opportunities and maintain up-to-date data within the CRM (Salesforce.com) to ensure a robust sales pipeline.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $40,000-$70,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards
