Il s'agit d'un poste donnant droit a des commissions et offrant un potentiel de revenus important. La remuneration la premiere annee est tres competitive et varie en fonction de l'experience, des performances et des facteurs de marche. Ce que vous ferez:

  • Prospecter, qualifier et convertir les prospects en nouvelles sources de revenus
  • Renforcer et developper les relations avec les clients existants sur votre territoire
  • Preparer des propositions et negocier des contrats pour obtenir des resultats rentables

Ce que nous recherchons:

  • De 3 a 5 ans d'experience en vente B2B avec un historique demontre de depassement des objectifs.
  • Une connaissance des secteurs de la construction, des services publics, de l'exploitation miniere ou des services environnementaux constitue un atout.

  • Capacite demontree a developper et a maintenir des relations clients a long terme.
  • Aisance a presenter des solutions, a negocier et a conclure des ententes avec les clients.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en planification, en gestion du temps et en organisation.
  • Maitrise des outils CRM et de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Autonomie et capacite a travailler de facon independante tout en contribuant efficacement au travail d'equipe.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, mining or environmental services is preferred.
