Job description


Job Overview:
As a Technical Sales Representative you will strategically sell specific tools, technologies, and services within your assigned segment portfolio. You'll leverage your product knowledge to engage with clients at their locations (rig sites, warehouses, workshops) while identifying cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate and achieve annual revenue targets through effective sales planning and strategy execution
  • Visit customer worksites to ensure products and services meet expectations and strengthen relationships
  • Develop client-specific value propositions and respond to customer needs with tailored solutions
  • Utilize sales technologies (SFDC.com, XAIT-Porter) to manage the complete field sales lifecycle
  • Communicate competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders regarding pricing, product performance, and market activities
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Manager on sales strategies, budget formulation, and quarterly account plan reviews
  • Deliver formal and informal proposals to customers through presentations, bids, and tender submissions

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Cross-product line knowledge
  • Background in oil and gas industry sales
