The Opportunity:

That's why we need you, a seasoned project manager who can ensure our project achieves success.
As a lead Technical Project Manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful projects by guiding a team of network engineers, data scientists, and software developers. Our client will trust you to organize and coordinate project objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, and reviewing contracts. This is your chance to impact our client's mission while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience as a program or project manager
  • 1+ years of experience in the management and control of funds and resources
  • Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
  • Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as in leading a multi-vendor environment
  • Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
  • PMI-PMP Certification

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
