TheGlobalization Program Manageris a specialized thought leader responsible for driving post-launch global expansion, regulatory registration, and market commercialization portfolios across international markets. Moving beyond standard design-control cycles, this roleestablishesand executes integrated, cross-functional globalization strategies while ensuring alignment with corporate portfolio priorities, regional demand signals, and budget, scope, and schedule requirements.

As a primary bridge between business units,the PMapplies expert-level governance to navigate the complexities of international pre-commercialization, regulatory pathways, and global market clearances. Theyare responsible forevaluating market entry feasibility, filtering dynamic portfolio inputs, and ensuring seamless execution across diverse functional, divisional, and group-level stakeholders.

To support collaboration across global time zones, we are seeking candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of post-launch global market expansion programs acrosspriorityand emerging international markets.

  • Evaluate market entry opportunities using financial models, regional demand forecasts, and supply chain considerations to support portfolio decisions.

  • Develop and execute globalization strategies that align business priorities, regulatory requirements, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global registrations process, international regulatory pathways, and market clearance requirements, including region-specific regulations.

  • Drive alignment across Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support global commercializationobjectives.

  • Assess, prioritize, and govern portfolio opportunities using data-driven analysis to support business and market expansion decisions.

  • Identifyand mitigate regulatory, operational, commercialization, and portfolio risks to support project execution and prevent downstream business impacts.

  • Prepare and present business cases, technical reports, portfolio analyses, and program updates for executive leadership and governance reviews.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Minimumbachelor's degreein Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, program management, or engineering with a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience managing international product commercialization, regulatory registration, or market expansion programs.
  • Experience managing cross-border, multi-siteprojector program portfolios.
  • Experience supporting global regulatory submissions, registrations, or product clearances.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare technology, or capital equipment industry.
