Job description

WME is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to help lead software development teams and support the continued transformation of our Product & Engineering organization.

This role will partner closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, engineering teams, business stakeholders, contractors, and executive partners across all facets of the WME Group business.

You must be detail-oriented, hands-on, and highly collaborative, with exceptional relationship-building skills and the flexibility to move quickly across priorities in an iterative, agile, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive software delivery by identifying and removing obstacles that impede team progress, release readiness, delivery speed, or quality.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning, prioritization, and refinement through QA, release, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate productive internal and external team meetings, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder check-ins, ensuring agendas are clear and meaningful notes are captured.
  • Support onboarding for new team members and help ensure teams can quickly understand tools, processes, priorities, and ways of working.
  • Facilitate release management activities and improve reporting across projects and teams to strengthen accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Transformation, Product Operations, or a related delivery leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead software development teams using agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with in-house engineering teams, offshore teams, contractors, third-party developers, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong technical literacy across engineering workflows, including Git, CI/CD, error monitoring, testing, QA, and release management.
  • Skilled in improving systems, integrating tools, and automating workflows to reduce manual overhead and increase delivery visibility.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort acting as both a project leader and organizational consultant.
  • Familiarity with Linear, Notion, Claude, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.

Please Note:

$175,000 is the maximum salary compensation for Beverly Hills based employees on a hybrid schedule.

$160,000 is the maximum salary compensation for fully remote employees.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$131,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
