One additional note: based on the responsibilities and qualifications, this reads more like a Content Engineer / Learning Technology Content Architect role than a traditional instructional designer or content developer role. If you're recruiting for it, you'll likely find stronger candidates by targeting content engineering, information architecture, technical content management, and learning technology backgrounds rather than L&D alone.
The pay range for this is $58.00 to $62.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
