Role Summary

We're hiring our Founding Head of Business Development the GTM owner who will build and run our revenue engine from day one.

This is a hands-on founding role: you run the pipeline, close early lighthouse deals, design our outbound motion, and shape the partnerships ecosystem around Intellus Build.

As you execute, you'll also define GTM strategy andover timebuild the revenue team.

Your deals will literally make construction sites more intelligent and safer.

You'll be the face of Intellus Build to contractors, developers, tech partners, and industry leaders.

What You'll Do
  • Close warm leads 5 major builders already engaged, you seal the deals
  • Build our sales playbook and pricing strategy that scales to 100+ customers
  • Represent Intellus Build at construction events and conferences
  • Demo our AI platform to skeptical contractors and make believers out of them
  • Own the full sales & partnerships pipeline: outreach demo proposal close
  • Identify and engage early customers and partners (GCs, developers, tech ecosystem)
  • Identify high-growth verticals including AI infrastructure and mission-critical facilities
  • Run IRL + digital growth systems (AI agents, LinkedIn, content, social channels)
  • Manage CRM and digital outreach tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to automate and measure growth
  • Launch GTM campaigns and partner programs that drive early adoption
  • Feed field intelligence directly into product and leadership
  • Establish BD processes, metrics, and dashboards
Requirements

You have:

  • 4+ years in BD/sales/partnerships (SaaS / AI / construction tech preferred)
  • Proven full-funnel ownership: outbound demo close
  • HubSpot + LinkedIn Sales Navigator mastery
  • Strong executive presence credible with both CEOs and construction foremen
  • Track record of closing $10K$100K deals
  • Ability to run pipeline through IRL relationships AND digital growth systems
  • Self-starter who builds systems, not just works them
  • Deep respect for construction workflows and field operators
Nice to Have
  • Sold into construction or industrial sectors
  • Prior founding/01 GTM experience
  • Existing network in construction tech
  • Network in datacenter, infrastructure, or industrial construction
  • Proven track record leveraging modern sales tech stack as a force multiplier to accelerate pipeline velocity
  • Spanish bilingual (huge plus in construction)
