• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions that employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet the individualized needs of your clients.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship with clients by setting mutual goals, providing ongoing support, and ensuring they feel heard and understood.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, depending on client preferences and therapeutic requirements.
• Consistently document session notes and maintain records of progress and treatment plans in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client confidentiality.

Your client base will encompass a diverse range of individuals seeking mental health support, including those suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will be equipped to handle varying complexity levels of cases, providing individualized care plans that respect the unique backgrounds and needs of each client. Through virtual therapy, you will help clients navigate their challenges regardless of their geographical location.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication skills are crucial; you must be capable of building trust and rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrable empathy and a compassionate approach to counseling, allowing clients to feel secure and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities that facilitate effective session scheduling and consistent documentation.

• Previous experience in remote therapy or telehealth services is preferred, providing familiarity with virtual therapeutic dynamics and technologies.
• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with a wide range of evidence-based practices.
• Ability to adapt to various digital health tools and platforms that facilitate effective remote therapy.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, dependent on the volume of clients and case complexity.
