This role is designed to be primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can adapt to your personal needs. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Maintain clear communications with supervisors, colleagues, family members, and case managers to provide updates on clients' progress and coordinate care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, ensuring that they align with their personal goals and your professional standards.
• Schedule and conduct regular home visits, as necessary, to gather observational data and provide in-home support.
• Continuously monitor the implementation of treatment plans, adjusting them as needed in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on case management and share progress updates, challenges, and strategies.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progression thoroughly to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the implementation of treatment strategies and usage of documentation practices.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive system for record-keeping that allows for easy access to client files by authorized parties.
• Foster relationships with the broader mental health community, contributing to the development of local resources and initiatives aimed at improving client outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including both youth and adults facing various mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience is essential, demonstrating significant engagement with diverse client groups.
• Familiarity and specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders are strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies that facilitate efficient documentation and follow-up.
• Effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, showcasing a commitment to comprehensive patient care.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
