• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our online platform, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for clients.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Regularly assess client progress and refine treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring alignment with their mental health goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care, attending case reviews and team meetings when required.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health therapies and ethical practices to ensure the highest quality of service.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is pivotal in creating a safe space for individuals to share their thoughts and feelings, paving the way for healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong foundational knowledge in various therapeutic modalities and techniques.

• Prior experience in providing individual therapy sessions, preferably in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated comfort and proficiency with digital communication tools and telehealth platforms.
• Experience working within a collaborative team environment aimed at comprehensive client support.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
