This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in managing your schedule while delivering telehealth services. You will participate in a collaborative therapy community, working alongside other mental health professionals to foster comprehensive patient care and share insights on best practices. Our organization embraces technology, providing state-of-the-art tools that integrate artificial intelligence, facilitating seamless communication and documentation workflows.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through synchronous video formats, addressing a range of emotional disorders in clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to create and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of clients.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessment tools to monitor treatment effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a user-friendly therapist portal designed for streamlined reporting and administrative tasks.

You will serve a diverse client base within a school environment, focusing on adolescents and adults struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. Our commitment to treating all populations means you will engage with clients from varied backgrounds, requiring an openness to cultural nuances and the ability to adapt your approach to meet diverse needs.

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid independent LCSW license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapeutic interventions to adult populations.
• Proficient in using technology for therapeutic practice and documentation.

• Experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proven track record of successfully working with clients presenting a range of mental health challenges.
• Enthusiasm for and experience with integrating digital solutions into therapeutic practice.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
