Transformative Healing Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote position. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality mental health counseling and supportive services, fostering personal growth and recovery in our clients. You will work from the comfort of your home, engaging with clients through virtual platforms while maintaining a full-time schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges across various settings.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, including creating pre-crisis and crisis plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of our commitment to best practices in therapy.
• Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner, adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, thereby enhancing client outcomes.
• Act as a liaison to other service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and improve service quality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences, workshops, and participating in statewide initiatives that advance your clinical expertise.

Our clientele spans various demographics, including those with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. As an LMHC, you’ll work closely with these individuals, building therapeutic relationships that prioritize their wellness, recovery, and community integration. • A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required, ensuring a strong foundation in mental health principles.
• Must possess an independent LMHC License issued by the state board, validating your qualifications to practice in New York.
• Demonstrated skills in maintaining accurate clinical records and preparing reports that support effective treatment planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance client care.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions based on professional knowledge and experience.

• Experience working in community health settings or with a diverse clientele, ideally in remote formats.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate client sessions and documentation.
• Background in crisis intervention and behavioral health support strategies.

Transformative Healing Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
