• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, leading to personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy interventions utilizing proven evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable objectives, continuously evaluating and adjusting as needed based on client progress.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to coordinate multi-faceted care and facilitate comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Deliver crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, providing safety planning and immediate support for clients in distress.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements through accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that empower clients and foster community.

Your clients may consist of individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, or familial issues. Engaging effectively with a culturally diverse client base, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to suit their specific backgrounds and experiences while addressing their unique psychological needs.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in evidence-based treatment approaches, with a keen ability to apply these techniques effectively in therapy sessions.
