About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, our goal is to provide exemplary mental health services to communities in need, regardless of geographic barriers. Our outpatient clinic is staffed by an experienced team of mental health professionals from across the nation. We pride ourselves on cultivating a supportive and empowering environment that allows our staff to thrive, ensuring that we deliver the highest standard of care to our patients.

Work Environment

As a telehealth facility, we leverage advanced technology to connect with our patients. This remote work setting enables you to interact with diverse client populations while utilizing digital tools for assessments and therapy sessions. Our dedicated IT support ensures you have the necessary technical assistance, allowing you to focus on providing quality care rather than administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be engaged in the following key responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to understand patient histories and current mental health statuses. This includes collaborating with the patient to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their values and goals.
  • Delivering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to individual client needs.
  • Documenting all clinical interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and support continuity of care.
  • Engaging in collaborative care with our multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to elevate the quality of care, share best practices, and foster professional growth.
  • Providing educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest research in mental health practices and incorporating new methodologies into your therapeutic approaches for optimal care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those facing complex trauma and family dynamics. You will have opportunities to work with families, adolescents, and older adults, offering a holistic approach to mental well-being. Our commitment to serving underserved populations means you will directly impact lives across various demographics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A masterโ€™s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
  • A minimum of two yearsโ€™ clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services in a variety of settings.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, particularly in solution-focused techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to function effectively within a remote team environment.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with experience in telehealth or remote therapy sessions, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and specialized training in culturally competent care will be given preference. Additionally, experience with trauma-informed care or working with at-risk populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Malpractice insurance and professional liability coverage.
  • An employee assistance program designed to support your mental health and well-being.
  • Unlimited referrals to maintain a consistent caseload, and minimal paperwork to maximize time spent with patients.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development, ensuring you stay current with industry trends and research.
Career Growth Opportunities

Gotham Enterprises Ltd values the professional growth of our team members. We provide avenues for advancement within the organization, including mentorship programs, leadership training, and participation in clinical supervision. You will have opportunities to contribute to program development and influence organizational strategies that enhance patient care.
