This position is fully remote, utilizing our advanced telehealth platform to reach clients where they are most comfortable. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' treatment goals and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting to each client's specific circumstances.
• Employ multiple therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create a holistic treatment plan for clients.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in continued professional development by staying informed about the latest research, attending workshops, and contributing to the practice's growth.

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will involve working with a diverse patient population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. You will provide support to clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Your ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients will be critical in facilitating meaningful progress toward their therapy goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counseling services.
• Demonstrated expertise in ethical guidelines and legal frameworks governing counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other digital tools relevant to telehealth.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of innovative therapy techniques and willingness to integrate new methodologies into practice.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, contingent on your caseload and experience level.
