As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in helping clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build healthier relationships, fostering a supportive environment tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Proven experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a remote setting, demonstrating familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation requirements.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
  • Background working with diverse populations and understanding the nuances of cultural competency in therapeutic practices.
  • Skills in crisis management and intervention, particularly in teletherapy settings.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • A 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays, promoting work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including training sessions and conferences.
  • Support for obtaining professional licenses and certifications, including reimbursement for exam fees.
  • A flexible work schedule to accommodate individual therapist and client needs.
