• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Guide clients through discussions about their emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness and deeper understanding of their interpersonal relationships.
• Act as a compassionate advocate for clients, helping them define and achieve their personal goals while offering ongoing support and motivation.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that employ a solution-oriented approach based on your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

You will primarily work with stable adults who have been carefully screened for low-acuity mental health concerns. Healing Orbits Inc. prioritizes client safety and well-being; therefore, you will not be required to handle severe mental health cases. You will have the opportunity to work with clients whose needs align with your qualifications and specialties, ensuring a tailored therapeutic experience.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active license to practice independently in Washington state, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW; candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficient in using technology for virtual counseling, including willingness to learn new software and systems.

A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required. Candidates with experience in teletherapy and expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, will be highly regarded. Experience in group therapy settings or specialized populations is a plus.
