What is a remote tech pack designer?

Remote Tech Pack Designers are professionals who create detailed technical documents, known as tech packs, for fashion and apparel products while working from a remote location. By working remotely, they collaborate with design teams, brands, and factories using digital tools and communication platforms. Their expertise helps streamline the garment production process, reduce errors, and ensure the designer's vision is accurately realized.

Support content calendar execution by aligning visual asset production to planned campaign cadences
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with the Product Manager, Marketing Support Specialist and broader team to understand requirements and refine creative outputs
Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale when presenting work
Operate effectively in a feedback-heavy, iterative environment with fast turnaround expectations
Core Requirements:
Strong design skills with proficiency in video editing and motion design

Ability to follow and enforce brand guidelines consistently
Comfortable working in a collaborative, revision-driven environment
Able to operate with high autonomy in a remote environment

Desired Experience
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology marketing environments
Familiarity with B2B content formats - LinkedIn, long-form web content, product marketing materials
