We are seeking a talented Gen Z Dress Designer to join a fast-paced fashion team in Downtown Los Angeles. About the Role This is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity for a designer with a strong point of view, current market awareness, and handsโ€on experience developing dresses for the Gen Z customer. Responsibilities Design trendโ€right dresses for the Gen Z customer across seasonal collections. Research fashion, color, fabric, and silhouette trends to inform product direction. Create sketches, CADs, presentation boards, and detailed tech packs. Partner with merchandising, production, and technical design throughout the development process. Attend fittings and communicate revisions to ensure fit, quality, and design intent. Work with vendors on fabric, trims, samples, and development timelines. Manage multiple styles and deadlines in a highโ€volume environment. Qualifications 5-7 years of dress design experience, ideally in contemporary, junior, or fast-fashion apparel. Required Skills Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, dresses, silhouettes, fabrication, and fit. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
