As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health of our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat and managing outpatient appointments to ensure ongoing mental health support.
• Assessing clients' emotional and psychological needs through comprehensive evaluations and interviews, allowing for personalized treatment planning.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments, which may include interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Advocating for clients by assisting them in establishing realistic and achievable goals related to their mental health and personal development.
• Effectively utilizing remote health technologies and electronic health record systems to document interactions and track client progress.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on holistic treatment approaches.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. You will provide care to adults, adolescents, and families, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances and backgrounds are considered in every interaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of California, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Significant experience in clinical social work practice, particularly in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse populations.
• The ability to navigate remote technology platforms effectively, demonstrating a comfort level with digital tools essential for modern counseling.

Experience with specific therapeutic methodologies—such as trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or addiction recovery practices—will be advantageous. Familiarity with community resources and referral networks is also preferred to provide comprehensive support to clients.
