• Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with low-acuity mental health issues, focusing on stability and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions by encouraging clients to express their feelings and experiences, helping them gain insight into their situations.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify key issues, utilizing conversations, observation, and mental health tests.
• Collaborate with clients to define achievable goals, develop actionable treatment plans, and implement solution-focused strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client progress and treatment interventions while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity clients who are seeking to improve their emotional health. All clients are carefully screened to ensure they meet the criteria for effective telehealth services. This allows you to concentrate on providing high-quality care without the challenges associated with high-risk or crisis situations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted professional license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or individuals with disciplinary actions will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
• Proficient in using technology for remote counseling, including video and messaging platforms.

While a strong interest in mental health counseling is essential, experience in providing remote mental health services is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to professional development will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on your availability and hours worked. Additionally, our therapists receive direct deposit payments on a weekly basis. Full-time employees enjoy a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being and health needs.
