This position will be carried out in a remote setting, allowing flexibility in terms of work location. However, you will primarily collaborate with school personnel, including teachers, counselors, and administration, to ensure students receive the necessary support. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's emotional, social, and financial needs, facilitating individualized care plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students, focusing on issues related to adjustment, grief, mental health challenges, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to create supportive learning environments that recognize and accommodate students' mental health needs.
• Coordinate with external community organizations to ensure access to post-discharge services and a smooth transition for students to outside resources.
• Offer educational workshops and seminars for students and families regarding mental health resources, treatment options, and coping techniques.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to students facing acute emotional distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in hospital committees, lending social work expertise to develop policies and programs that enhance our mental health services.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and peer relationship challenges. Your involvement will empower students to overcome obstacles, bolster their resilience, and foster their social-emotional development, contributing to their academic success and personal growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage and connect with students and families.

• Prior experience working within a school setting or with children and adolescents in a clinical capacity.
• Knowledge of local resources and community services available for mental health support.
• Experience in developing and implementing therapeutic programs tailored to the needs of students.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with potential sign-on bonuses.
