• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues, collaborating with educators to gather holistic insights.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and progress indicators tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.
• Work integratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and community outreach programs, to provide seamless wraparound services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and follow-up recommendations while adhering to all confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and participate actively in professional development workshops to stay current with best practices and evolving therapeutic techniques.

This position specifically focuses on supporting school-aged children and adolescents facing diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be crucial in fostering students' social-emotional skills and providing crisis intervention as necessary to mitigate acute situations within a school context.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in California.
• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work, particularly within school or child and adolescent contexts.
• Adeptness in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, families, and school personnel.
• Capacity to work independently while also engaging collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms for remote therapy delivery.
• Background in crisis management and de-escalation techniques specific to educational settings.

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
