A Remote Taxi Call Center is a service facility where agents handle customer requests for taxi services, typically over the phone or through online platforms, from a remote location rather than an on-site office. These call centers coordinate ride bookings, answer inquiries, and provide customer support for taxi companies. Agents use specialized software to dispatch taxis, track rides, and manage customer information. Operating remotely allows for greater flexibility, cost savings, and access to a broader talent pool. This setup is increasingly popular as more companies adopt remote work technologies.
