Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Attorney with a focus on municipal finance and transactional tax matters. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work within a highly respected team, advising clients on complex tax-exempt financing structures, including conduit financings and healthcare-related financings, as well as tax credit-related transactions such as low-income and new markets tax credits. This is not an income tax role but a specialized, transaction-focused opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on municipal finance and transactional tax matters, with a specific focus on tax-exempt financings, including conduit and healthcare-related transactions.

Lead and support tax credit-related transactions, including low-income and new markets tax credits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure financing solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide clear and actionable recommendations to clients.

Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations, providing guidance on complex tax issues related to financing. Engage with clients and key stakeholders, offering strategic counsel and maintaining strong relationships. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in municipal finance, transactional tax, tax-exempt financing, and/or tax credit-related transactions. Proven expertise in healthcare financings, conduit financings, or tax credit-related transactions such as low-income and new markets. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax matters.
