Managing deadlines across several organizations can be challenging, especially during peak tax seasons. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of various tax codes and regulations is essential, as is cultivating strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with in-house teams, clients, and other legal professionals. Success in this role often depends on organizational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, changing environments.
