  • Devise and execute strategic service plans aligned with clients' personal goals, regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights by facilitating access to resources, support services, and information essential for achieving their goals and well-being.
  • Participate in program development initiatives, contributing valuable insights for grant reporting and evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with community partners, organizations, and volunteers to enhance and expand service offerings, ensuring comprehensive support for targeted populations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and workshops, as well as participating in community outreach activities to raise awareness of available services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals and families from various backgrounds, with a focus on marginalized and underserved populations in the Naperville community. In this role, you will work with clients who face an array of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, socio-economic hardships, and barriers to accessing necessary resources. The diversity of our clientele fosters a dynamic and enriching working environment where you can make a profound impact on individuals' lives.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
  • A thorough understanding of social justice principles, trauma-informed care, and effective advocacy strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills combined with a strong sense of empathy and cultural competency.
  • Organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively while ensuring timely documentation and reporting obligations are met.
Preferred Experience
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a nonprofit environment or similar healthcare setting.
  • Experience in community outreach and engagement initiatives, providing an understanding of local resources and networks.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, and motivational interviewing.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance coverage that encompasses medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Generous paid time off policy, encompassing vacation days, personal days, and holidays to promote work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars within the nonprofit sector.
  • Insurance coverage tailored to meet your needs, ensuring you have access to quality health services.
