  • Offer virtual therapy options to accommodate clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote sessions.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and high-quality care delivery.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse client population, including individuals confronting trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. You will have the opportunity to make lasting impacts on your clients' lives by guiding them through their healing journeys with compassion and understanding.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • A strong sense of empathy, nonjudgment, and sensitivity towards the experiences and struggles of clients.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills to handle an effective caseload while managing administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms to deliver care effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Knowledge or certification in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or addiction therapy is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
  • Potential for a sign-on bonus as a token of appreciation for joining our dedicated team.
  • Opportunities for continued professional growth through training and workshops in addiction treatment and other specialty areas.
  • A supportive workplace culture that offers ongoing guidance and opportunities to collaborate with peers.
