• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their unique treatment needs and mental health concerns.
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions that focus on emotional and psychological issues stemming from aging, bereavement, and significant life changes.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary health teams to create holistic care plans that align with both clinical guidelines and the specific needs of geriatric patients.
• Educate family members and staff on mental health best practices, facilitating impactful discussions about enhancing emotional well-being among seniors.
• Deliver specialized grief and loss counseling, supporting both clients and families who are navigating end-of-life issues.

This counseling position focuses primarily on seniors who face significant life changes, including chronic illness, loss of loved ones, and age-related challenges. • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
