Imagine Staffing is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting initiatives across the United States. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in difficult-to-fill positions.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing candidate pipelines, managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers, and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. This position offers the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across multiple business units.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and cultivate candidate sources through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Utilize internet mining, database searches, and advanced sourcing technologies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain competitor talent databases and passive candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and implement proactive candidate relationship management strategies.
Candidate Management
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to determine qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activities within applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Partnership

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of four (4) years of staffing or talent acquisition experience required.
  • At least three (3) years of direct recruiting experience in a high-volume, difficult-to-source environment.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized positions preferred.
  • Insurance industry recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Experience with e-recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
