  • Total Outbound Calls
    • Objective:Make aminimum of 60 phone calls per day. High performers understand that hitting connection goals may require exceeding this minimum.
  • Total Expected Connections
    • Objective:Connect with at least25 patients per day.
  • Quality Assurance Score
    • Objective:Maintain a QA score of90% or above.
  • Patient Stories & Surveys
    • Objective:Obtain 2 patient stories per month and ensure annual satisfaction surveys are completed.
