Skyrise Behavioral Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while being fully integrated with our dynamic team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient office setting empowers counselors to conduct video-based therapy sessions and engage with patients through advanced telehealth technologies. You will have the flexibility of a Monday to Friday schedule, committing to a standard 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments via teletherapy to evaluate patientsโ€™ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer virtual mental health evaluations, gathering essential information such as health history and mental status examinations to create actionable insights for treatment.
  • Deliver therapeutic support through evidence-based interventions, applying contemporary methodologies tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of patient information including examination results, treatment progress, and other sensitive data while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage actively in professional development and continuing education to enhance knowledge of psychosocial interventions and stay abreast of industry advancements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your holistic approach to patient care will focus on creating a therapeutic alliance, ensuring that patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their treatment journey. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.
  • A valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Tennessee.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective communication and actively fostering relationships with patients.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring timely documentation and patient engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a telehealth or outpatient setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and staying current with best practices within the field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, enhancing accessibility for a broader patient demographic.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
