The Premise Health Enterprise Growth department is expanding and is looking for a motivated and results-driven analyst to support our existing business growth initiatives. Reporting to a Growth Enablement Manager, the Growth Enablement Analyst will assist with client engagements and opportunities, including expansion pitches and finalist presentations. This role involves collaborating with internal cross-functional leaders to create clear, concise, and compelling materials to be presented to client audiences. The ideal candidate is a resourceful team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
This is a full time, remote Growth Enablement Analyst role.
What You'll Do
• Proactively identifies and addresses challenges, delivering outstanding results.
• Manages multiple requests and complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and organization.
• Develops an understanding of client-level challenges and identify ways to successfully position Premise solutions, ensuring that messaging aligns with client business needs and the interests of their stakeholders.
• Develops engaging narratives that resonate with clients by understanding their priorities and translating data into impactful visuals and business cases.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to source and translate population health and financial data into engaging visuals, narratives and persuasive business cases.
• Guides senior and executive leaders in confidently presenting ideas and explaining solutions in a way that clients can understand and relate to.
• Champions practical innovations by implementing small-scale improvements, tests new concepts, and expands successful initiatives.
• Understands the healthcare market, industry trends, and competitors and use this information to tailor pitches to client needs.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in strategic and consultative relationships, account management, or sales support required.
• 2+ years of healthcare services industry/ healthcare consulting experience preferred.
• Experience creating client-facing deliverables (i.e., proposals, PowerPoint presentations, sales pitches, etc.).
• Demonstrates clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills, collaborating with stakeholders to create compelling narratives that effectively position Premise solutions to external clients.
• Exhibits exceptional self-motivation and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Adapts to changing circumstances and adjusts approach as new information arises.
• Builds and maintains a reputation for trust, reliability, and professionalism while working with cross-functional teams at various organizational levels.
• Creates client-facing deliverables (e.g., presentations, pitches) with minimal oversight and high attention to detail.
• Produces clear, compelling, and compliant external-facing materials, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develops engaging narratives that resonate with clients by understanding their priorities and translating data into impactful visuals and business cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with skills in creating and editing presentations, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data interpretation and visualization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $65,000.00 - $80,500.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
