Job description

Open to remote in Texas, Idaho, Missouri, Tennessee and Oklahoma.

The Contract Administrator reports directly to the System Director, Contract Administration. Performs all tasks relating to the organization’s contract process of managing the full lifecycle of contracts from origination to archival from over eighty different hospital departments. Performs all tasks pertaining to the review, coordination, regulations, and policies and procedures for vendors and physician contracts, ensuring compliance prior to contract finalization. Ability to draft moderate contractual language. Working to exceptional knowledge of corporate policies and procedures, coupled with the ability to identify required improvements to established policies. Has working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts. Interfaces with department leaders and outside vendors, often under tight deadlines to complete contracts. Provides contractual guidance to departments as appropriate

SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED
  • Experience dealing with senior level executives
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Skilled in contract review, redlining and negotiation
  • Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding contract matters
  • Supports and collaborates with internal stakeholders to proactively anticipate business needs and develop sound recommendations for compliant solutions
